Management TeamPatricia Keyes, Executive DirectorPatricia Keyes is originally from Michigan. She attended Wayne State University and started her career in Elementary Education. Although she has a passion for teaching, she was drawn to the senior population and found tremendous satisfaction in this field as well. Patricia has been an Executive Director for 15 years and has received several awards for outstanding service throughout her tenure. She transferred to Oregon in 2008, along with her two children, Elise and Scott. Patricia has made the Northwest her home and believes BPM Senior Living to be the most gratifying experience of her healthcare career. She is a member of the Oregon Gerontological Association, The Dougy Center Hands On of Greater Portland. Kayla Knight, Business Office ManagerKayla is a Portland native; she loves being close to the beach and mountains. She graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s degree in social science. In September of 2006 she started working for Bowen Property Management Company and has been working at Regency Park since November of 2010. Although her schooling was originally geared towards elementary education, working at Regency Park has shown her that her true passion lies with serving seniors. Kayla’s experience and schooling have given her the technical skills, the research skills, and the interpersonal communication skills needed to positively contribute to Regency Park. Brianne Picard, Community Relations DirectorMegan Allen, Kingswood AdministratorMeg Allen is originally from California. Meg has worked in several capacities at Regency Park and has developed a well rounded career in Senior Healthcare. Meg enjoys spending time skiing at Mt Hood and spending time with her three children. Tabby Meese, Kingswood NurseTabby has been in nursing for the last 18 plus years. She has two children and loves working with seniors. During her off time Tabby enjoys going to the beach and being with her family. Robyn Cervantes LPN, Assisted Living NurseRobyn was born and raised in the Portland/Vancouver area. She grew up riding horses and playing sports. Since high school, Robyn has trained and worked in the healthcare field, starting with care giving and progressing up to her current position. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, playing soccer, and attending various sporting events. Donna Leahy, Activities DirectorDonna Lehy is originally from North Dakota and moved around the Midwest going to twelve different schools. She has lived in Portland most of her life. She married in 1970 and has five children and six grandchildren. Donna was a true soccer mom; she drove for 23 straight years and did a lot of volunteering. She has worked with special needs children and high school students. She also opened her home for child care services from 1992 to 2003. Donna went to college in 2008-2009 to get a certificate as an assistant activity director. She interned at Regency for 7 months, received her certificate and got the job as an assistant the following month. She will have worked for Regency for two years in January. Elise Keyes, Health Services AdminstratorElise is originally from Michigan and attended Western Michigan University. After moving to the Northwest, Elise settled into the healthcare field and finds working with the senior population very rewarding. Her favorite pastimes are sports, spending time with her dog, Bailey, and of course, shopping. René Breedlove, Kingswood Activity DirectorRené comes from California and has a BA in Communications/Advertising and Business from Cal State Fullerton. She began her career in elder services at a 10,000+ senior residential community in the Counseling Services office and then focused on care and management of individuals within assisted living communities. She enjoys weight training, mid-century modern architecture and design, and travel. Lora Goodlett, Personal Preference CoordinatorLora is originally from Georgia and attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Over the past ten years Lora has worked with at-risk youth and the senior population. Since moving to the Portland area and beginning her job with Regency Park, Lora's passion lies in serving the senior population. Her favorite past time is reading, road biking, traveling around the Pacific Northwest and spending time with her husband and dog Max. Donald Gill, Health Services DirectorDonald Gill is Originally from California. His work history consists of 15 years as a Registered Nurse, as well as a State Surveyor for the state of CA. He enjoys Gardening, exercising and most importantly spending time with his wife and daughter. Ray Duffield, Food Service DirectorRobert Miller, Environmental Services DirectorRobert worked in maintenance for 11 years. New to Assisted living, he looks forward to growing and learning in this industry for a long time to come. |
