Charmane joined Regency Park in March 2008. Charmane has been in the Healthcare Industry for over ten years and has had experience working in both Hospitals and Assisted Living Communities in Administrative roles. Charmane relocated from Cleveland, Ohio where she received her degree in Fashion Merchandising. In 1999 Charmane had the opportunity to enter into the healthcare industry, and this is where she found her passion with working with the elderly, and as the saying goes “And the rest was history”
Kathy Watson — Director of Health Services
Aaron Williams — Business Office ManagerAaron joined Regency Park in June, 2009 with nearly ten years combined corporate and non-profit experience. Aaron relocated from Dallas, Texas where he was a Design and Production Specialist with the Boston Consulting Firm, focusing and international marketing and branding solutions for Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Prior to that experience, Aaron was the Academic Program Coordinator for the Undergraduate Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology Programs for The Johns Hopkins University in Portland, Oregon. Marrying his professional passions with a personal familial connection to persons with dementia has proven to be a rewarding career choice for Aaron as he brings an innovative new approach to the familiar processes of business at Regency park.
